"The Dirty Dozen Estate Planning Mistakes"

Join us for this live interactive event and learn about:

"The Dirty Dozen Estate Planning Mistakes" and being prepared for life's curveballs! Don't leave your family a mess! Presented in a fun, interactive quiz format with prizes, a raffle, light refreshments and a whiskey tasting at our Cary Office! Hosted by Jeni Snider, Esq. of Snider Law, PLLC and Debbie Ash of Ashbridge Financial Solutions!

You'll learn:

* Default probate laws in NC and why you'll want to avoid them
* How to make sure your assets go to the people you love
* How to secure your children's future
* Why you need to worry about incapacity
* Reasons you shouldn't add a child to your deeds or bank accounts
* The difference between a will and a living trust
* Pitfalls with DIY solutions
All guests will receive a special "Golden Ticket" offer from Snider Law, PLLC and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a wine-themed gift basket.
We hear tragic stories of families who fail to plan properly or, even worse, think they have it all taken care of but when it becomes necessary to rely on those plans, they simply do not work.
Don't be one of the many people who never thought it would happen to them or pretended they had plenty of time to think about it.
Rest easy knowing you have no question about what it takes to ensure the well-being and care of your family …

From New York City originally, Jeni received her undergrad degree at Dartmouth College and her law degree at UC Berkeley School of Law.  Learn more about Jeni Snider and read her firm story by clicking here.

On a personal note, Jeni has 3 teenagers who often join her in volunteering in the community with both National Charity League and Boys Team Charity, and a mini goldendoodle named Daisy who thinks she is really the one in charge. She loves to travel (near and far), spending time with friends and watching true crime documentaries.

Debbie Ash is an Independent Financial Advisor specializing in comprehensive planning. She is the owner of Ashbridge Financial Solutions in Cary, NC.  Her unique approach to financial planning helps to empower people to have a healthy relationship with money and finances.  As an Independent Financial Advisor, she is not tied to a specific set of products or carriers, rather, she has access to a multitude of options to build a customized strategy for each client’s unique situation.  While she works with a variety of individuals, she is especially interested in empowering women through financial planning.  Women approach money and finances differently than men and desire a different approach.
